What is the Bujjify PlayRig Subscription program?

Our PlayRig Subscription Program delivers age-based play essentials and tools that are backed by decades of research in child development and classic Montessori philosophy and are designed to promote your baby's brain development and learning. Plus, our eco-friendly materials and rigorous safety testing practices ensure that our products are good for your baby and the environment. 
We did all the work creating these PlayRigs. All you have to do is to play with your baby and watch them grow.

What purchase options are available?

We offer the below purchase options. 
  • One-time purchase: Buy any single PlayRig that suits your baby's age and needs
  • PlayRig Subscription: Buy the PlayRig based on your baby's current age. All subsequent PlayRigs will be delivered to you every 2 months, with the flexibility to adjust the delivery dates as per your needs. You will be automatically billed two days before each PlayRig ships.

The shipment dates for all subsequent PlayRigs will be adjusted to correspond with the baby's developmental stage based on the birth date entered at the time of purchase. 

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. To ensure that you are not charged for the next PlayRig, please make sure to cancel at least   days before its scheduled shipping date.

Can I purchase a single PlayRig instead of subscribing to the entire program?

Of course, Yes! While our PlayRig subscription offers the best value in your child's development journey by delivering the PlayRigs at the right time for your baby and taking away the stress of manually purchasing each PlayRig and timing it right, we would love our customers to have the flexibility to purchase a single PlayRig as per their needs. 
Simply select the One-Time Purchase option on the product page and proceed to checkout to purchase your favourite PlayRig. 

How do I manage, skip or cancel my subscription?

You can manage, skip, reschedule a shipment or cancel a subscription from My Account Page > My Subscriptions Tab on the top navigation menu. 

How frequently will I receive PlayRigs with my subscription?

The first PlayRig will be delivered right after your initial order. The following PlayRig deliveries will be scheduled to match your baby's corresponding developmental stage based on the date of birth provided. After the first two shipments, all subsequent PlayRigs will be delivered every 2 months. However, you have the option to manage your subscription and adjust the delivery dates for one or more of the subsequent PlayRigs.

Can I change the delivery date of my PlayRig?

Yes, you can change the delivery date of your PlayRig from My Account Page > My Subscriptions Tab on the top navigation menu.

Can I purchase a previous PlayRig that is not part of my subscription?

Yes, you can purchase a previous PlayRig by simply selecting the One-Time Purchase option on the product page and proceeding to a checkout to purchase your favourite PlayRig. 

How do I know which PlayRig is right for my child?

You can select the PlayRig based on the age recommendation on the PlayRig product page. If your baby is born prematurely, please use your baby's due date/adjusted birth date rather than their birth date to determine the right PlayRig for your child.

How will I be billed for my subscription?

You will be billed 2 days before each PlayRig ships to you.

How can I track my order status? 

Once you place your order, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information. If you require further assistance, please reach out to our Customer Support.

When can I expect my order to arrive? 

For Canadian orders, they usually ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 2-14 business days after shipment for standard ground shipping. 
U.S. orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-14 business days after shipment for standard ground shipping. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for AK/HI/APO/FPO/DPO orders to be delivered.

How do I apply a discount code or coupon? 

To apply a discount code or coupon, please enter the applicable code during the checkout process. Each code can only be used once per customer and must be redeemed at the time of purchase. Discount codes and coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Additionally, they are only applicable for purchases within the US and Canada. Sharing discount codes or coupons on public platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, coupon sites, or any other social media forum is strictly prohibited. Bujjify reserves the right to terminate or revoke a discount code or coupon at any time and for any reason. If you have any questions about applying a discount, please contact our Customer Support. How can I access my Play Guide?

We will send you the link to download the Play Guide via email for easy reference. If you have misplaced or no longer have access to your Play Guide, please reach out to our Customer Support team, and we will assist you in regaining access.

Are Bujjify products safe for my baby?

Absolutely! Our products undergo rigorous testing to meet Canadian and United States regulatory safety standards. These standards ensure that our toys are not only safe but also durable enough to withstand regular use. 

Where are Bujjify products manufactured? 

Our products are thoughtfully designed and carefully curated in Ontario, Canada. We work with a network of suppliers based in Europe and Asia who adhere to the highest sustainability standards in the industry. Before being shipped to our customers, our products undergo a final inspection at our warehouse in Ontario, Canada.

I have lost one of my child's playthings. Can you assist me?

Returns and Refunds

How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at with your name, order number, and optionally, the reason for the return. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

How long do I have to request a return?

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

What happens after I request a return?

We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Item must be shipped within the next 7 days after the return request has been confirmed with us. Shipment confirmation/tracking number should be emailed to us.

What items are not eligible for refunds?

Gift cards and certain clearance items are not eligible for refunds. If no returns, refunds, or exchanges are available on closeout, clearance, or reduced price items, it will be indicated clearly.

Who is responsible for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for paying and arranging return shipping to our business.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund request. If the refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval, subject to the policies of the customer's bank or credit card issuer.

How will my refund be calculated?

Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid at the time of purchase, less any shipping charges  if outside of Canada and the Contiguous US or if opted for shipping method other then standard ground, and will include any taxes paid by the customer at the time of purchase.


What should I do if my purchased product is damaged during shipping?

Please let us know within 7 days of the delivery date. Contact us at and include your name, order number, and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

What happens after I report the damaged product?

We will work with you to determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Who pays for the return shipping of a damaged product?

We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item to us, and we will cover the shipping costs.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to customers in Canada and the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping is free on all orders within Canada and the contiguous US
  • For orders shipping to states outside of the contiguous United States, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination address at the time of checkout.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days.

When will my order arrive?

The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping company, destination location, and external factors beyond our control. In most reasonable scenarios, packages shipped within Canada will arrive in 2-10 business days and within US will arrive in 5-14 business days for standard ground shipping. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for AK/HI/APO/FPO/DPO orders to be delivered.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

What if I need to return my order?

If you need to return an item after it has already shipped, you will need to wait until the item arrives at your shipping address and then pay to ship the item back. Please visit our Returns and Refunds Policy page for more information on how to initiate a return and what conditions apply.

Is my credit card information secure?

All personal and financial Information is collected over a secure SSL communication channel with encryption. We are committed to protecting your privacy!

Will I be charged tax?

Yes, tax charges are based on applicable federal, state, local, provincial, and harmonized sales tax rates based on the delivery address associated with your order. 

What if there is a delay in shipping or delivery?

We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times and are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping company or customs. We will do our best to resolve any issues that arise with shipping and delivery, and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Referral Program

How can I use my referral credit?

When someone uses your unique referral code to purchase their first PlayRig or successfully subscribes to the PlayRig Subscription, you will receive an email containing a $10 off coupon code. To utilize your reward, enter this code during checkout to purchase another PlayRig or PlayRig Subscription. It's important to note that referral rewards are applicable only to future purchases and cannot be used for already purchased PlayRigs, gift cards, or registry contributions. They will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue and may be terminated or revoked by Bujjify at its discretion, which includes program changes or discontinuation. Please remember that rewards are non-transferable. For additional rules and restrictions related to the referral program, please consult our Terms of Service.

How do I refer someone to Bujjify?

To refer friends, visit the Refer a Friend page. Enter your friend's email address one at a time —you can invite as many friends as you wish! You can also copy your unique link to share it with others, or share directly through Facebook, twitter as well as whatsapp on mobile.

Can I return E-Gift card?

E- Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

How do I retrieve my username and password?

Your username is your email address, and your password can be reset by clicking on “Forgot your password?” link on Login page. This will send an email to your registered email address to reset the password.
