Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Bujjify! We offer shipping to customers in Canada and the United States.
Shipping Rates
- Canada and the Contiguous US: Free shipping on all PlayRig orders with Standard ground shipping. For any other items outside of PlayRigs, shipping will be calculated at the checkout.
- Outside of the Contiguous US: Shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination address at the time of checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days. The delivery time will depend on the shipping company, destination location, and external factors beyond our control. In most reasonable scenarios, packages shipped within Canada will arrive in 2-10 business days and within the US in 5-14 business days.
Shipping Confirmation
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they must do so before the order is shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customer will be responsible for paying any and all customs, duties and import taxes.
Return Policy
If a customer needs to return an item after it has already been shipped, they will need to wait until the item arrives at their shipping address and then pay to ship the item back. They should visit our Returns and Refunds Policy page for more information on how to initiate a return and what conditions apply.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times and are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping company or customs. We will do our best to resolve any issues that arise with shipping and delivery and appreciate your patience and understanding.
