Returns Policy
Our customers mean the world to us, and we genuinely want to ensure your absolute satisfaction with every purchase. At Bujjify, we pour our hearts into creating products that bring joy to your little ones. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to make a return. Our Returns policy is carefully crafted to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. We are here to support you every step of the way because your happiness and contentment matter deeply to us.
15-Day Return Policy
You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bujjify.ca with your name, order number, and, optionally, the reason for the return. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Item must be shipped within the next 7 days after the return request has been confirmed with us. Shipment confirmation/tracking number should be emailed to us.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returned Items Condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying and arranging return shipping to our business. We strongly encourage a trackable mail service when returning items to us, as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost return shipments.
Bujjify reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund request. If the refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval, subject to the policies of the customer's bank or credit card issuer.
Refund Calculation
Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid at the time of purchase, less any shipping charges if outside of Canada and the Contiguous US and if the shipping method opted is other than standard ground shipping, and will include any taxes paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Refunds
Gift cards and certain clearance items are not eligible for refunds. If no returns, refunds, or exchanges are available on closeout, clearance, or reduced price items, it will be indicated clearly.

Damages Policy
We take great care to ensure that your purchase arrives in excellent condition. However, if your purchased product is damaged during shipping, please let us know within 7 days of the delivered date. We will work with you to make it right.
Please contact us at hello@bujjify.ca and include your name, order number, and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We may request additional information to help us understand the situation.
We will work with you to determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution. Please note that we may require the damaged item to be returned to us, and we will provide instructions on how to do so.
