These technologies serve various purposes, including delivering personalized advertisements to users that align with their interests on the Site, other Offerings, and third-party sites. Children Under the Age of 13

If a user makes purchases on our platform based on their child's age, we collect and process specific information such as the child's name and date of birth. Additionally, if a user provides us with additional information about their child during interactions, such as via the Expert Q&A, we will collect and process that information as well.

We strictly limit the collection of personal information of children to only what is reasonably necessary for the operation of our Site. Your Rights and Choices

Accessing and Modifying Your Information: If you have an account with us, you can review and modify the personal information associated with your account by logging into your account and visiting your account profile page. Please note that we may not accommodate requests to change information if we believe that such changes would violate any laws, legal requirements, or cause the information to be inaccurate.

If we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request, or if the personal information does not relate to you, we may be unable to fulfill your request.

Creating an account with us is not necessary to make a verifiable consumer request. However, if you have a password-protected account, requests related to personal information associated with that account will be considered sufficiently verified when submitted through the account.

Any personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request will be used solely for the purpose of verifying the requestor's identity or authority. You have the right not to face discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights under the CCPA.

Response Timing and Format:

We strive to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time (up to a maximum of 90 days), we will inform you of the reasons for the extension in writing. If you have an account with us, our written response will be delivered through that account. If you do not have an account, we will deliver the written response via mail or electronically.

The disclosures provided will cover only the preceding 12-month period from the date of the verifiable consumer request. If applicable, our response will also explain the reasons for any inability to comply with a request. For data portability requests, we will provide your personal information in a format that is readily usable and should facilitate transmission to another entity.

We do not charge a fee for processing or responding to verifiable consumer requests unless they are excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that a fee is warranted, we will explain the reasons for the decision and provide you with a cost estimate before proceeding. Alternatively, we may decline the request and inform you of the rationale behind our decision.

Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights:

If you are 16 years of age or older, you have the right to instruct us not to sell your personal information at any time ("the right to opt-out"). We do not sell the personal information of consumers whom we actually know are less than 16 years of age unless we receive affirmative authorization ("the right to opt-in") from either the consumer who is at least 13 years of age and less than 16 years of age or the parent or guardian of a consumer less than 13 years of age. Consumers who opt-in to the sale of personal information may opt-out of future sales at any time.

If your authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, the authorized agent must provide either (1) a copy of your written permission for the agent to make the request and sufficient information to verify the agent's identity or (2) power of attorney as per California's Probate Code.

You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out rights. Any personal information provided in an opt-out request will only be used to review and comply with the request.

After making an opt-out request, we will wait for at least 12 months before asking you to reauthorize the sale of your personal information. However, you may change your mind and opt back into personal information sales at any time by contacting us.

Non-Discrimination:

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not:

Securing Your Information

While we take reasonable measures, including the use of secure databases, to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will fully safeguard against the loss or misuse of information. Similarly, we cannot guarantee the privacy or security of information transmitted over the Internet or collected in transit by third-party contractors providing services to us.

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement, including our contractual and legal obligations, as well as for as long as a user consents to receive marketing communications from us. We may also process and retain information for other purposes permitted by law. This may include retaining certain personal information in order to complete a transaction initiated by you, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, notify you of product recalls or safety issues, address abuse or violations of our Terms of Service, or for other authorized purposes.
